Synopsis
While waiting for the world to change, young people at the Paul Cornu vocational school in Normandy are tackling the world as it is. The girls are renewing the ranks of the care workers and the boys those of the metalworkers. By practicing under the watchful eye of their teachers, they gradually become professionals. Staying in Normandy or moving away from home, choosing passion over money, getting excited about new experiences while wondering about the jobs really awaiting them… What will happen when they enter the job market at the age of twenty? As they perform the choreography of their future trades, they share their expectations and express in their own words a working-class heritage they they are taking back into their own hands..
